Cappuccino Cold Coffee
1/4 peeled orange
1/4 cup espresso, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream
6 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup whole milk
Whipped cream for garnish
Grated orange zest for garnish
Chocolate mocca beans for garnish
Method: Coarsely chop the orange and combine it with the espresso, ice cream, orange juice, and milk in a blender. Blend until just smooth.
Pour into 2 tall, frosted milkshake glasses and garnish with the whipped cream, orange zest, and chocolate mocca beans.
Serves 2.
