I expect now that the lumber has been properly "seasoned" by the weeds, the quality of the never-ending-construction-project will remain in such high-standards.

You can't tell from this picture, but my deck sits about 10 feet from the future site of Ortega-Party-Central. When the Ortega clan first arrived, they found it convenient to tie up one end of the vollyball net to my deck and use my yard for recreation. Since my game is golf, I wonder if the Ortega's would allow me to put in a bunker / sand court for dual-purpose neighborly recreation?
