Dome Clock

WOW!!! what a clock! If I ever made a clock to be proud of, this is it. I made it from solid black Walnut and used a dark red cloth as an interfacing to accent the dark walnut color. With over sixteen hundred different holes to cut out it was a deffinite test of my patience. It took well over 100 hours to complete plus several trips to CrossCut Hardwoods in Seattle to find the perfect wood. Having completed this project I don't think I would look forward to making it again, but I'd enjoy almost any other woodworking challenge.
