This website is dedicated to my solo project.  I have just finished off my first demo called Hello, Desolate. This demo is done acoustically, with added instruments when I saw fit to do so.  I recorded everything myself, at G.H.E. Productions studios.
I really don't know what I would classify myself as, my influences come from so many different places.  My all time hero is Johnny Cash, but I don't sing country.  I put a list of my influences down below, so hopefully we have something in common.
The demo is free, all you have to do is contact me by E-mail and I will send one out as soon as possible.  It has 17 songs on it, with only one cover, the rest are originals.
My inspiration for songs comes from a lot of different places, sometimes a feeling I have, something that had, has, is, or will happen to me, or sometimes something I see on the news and sometimes just a dream I had will give me a story or a song..  I write in the view of other people a lot.  Sometimes I make up a story about a person I see on a street, sometimes people will tell me a story, and I'll write a song about how they felt, or put myself in that situation and write about how I would feel.  None the less, thank you to everyone who contributed to my songs, all 59 of them, whether you meant to, you knew you had, or not, thank you.   Most of them are depressing ballads, but that's how I feel comfortable writing.  You can see most of my lyrics on my
Lyrics page.
I hope to have my full length CD out by the end of October 2001.  The demo is pretty rough, and I only did it to get my name out there, the CD will have a lot more time put into it.
I try to play out as often as possible, and I will keep everyone posted on my
Dates page.
I am also in a band called
This Cruel Joke, that is a link to our temporary website.  We hope to have our demo out by late September 2001 and our new site should be up in a few short weeks.  I will keep you posted on that as well.
I use a Gretsch double anniversary two tone green hollow body guitar, her name is Lillith.  And on
Hello, Desolate I use a Mitchell Jumbo guitar, her name is Mary Mae.  For those who care.
I will also play out on request for whatever occasion, I love playing live.  So as long as the distance is in reason, I will gladly accept the offer if I can fit it in.  Once again just
E-mail.

That's about all for now, sorry, it's late, I don't have much to say, but I will keep adding to the site, and don't forget Hello, Desolate is free, so just E-mail me with any requests or questions.
Thanks!
