SUMMER SAUSAGE 4 lbs ground meat 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 tablespoons liquid smoke 1/4 cup morton's tender quick Mix all the above ingredients and chill for 24 hours. Divide into 4 rolls. These may be wrapped in nylon net, but not necessary. Bake at 225 degrees for 4 hours. Remove the net (if used) and dry on paper towels. store in the refrigerator wrapped in foil.
