SPINACH SALAD SUPREME 4 lbs fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces 8 small green onions, thinly sliced 1/2 lb small fresh mushrooms, sliced 8 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped 16 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 (0.9 oz) package mild Italian salad dressing mix 1 tablespoon bacon drippings Place spinach in large salad bowl; top with onion, mushrooms, eggs and crumbled bacon. Prepare salad dressing mix accordig to package directions, substituting1 tablespoon bacon dripping for 1 tablespoon oil. Pour over salad and toss lightly. Makes 14 to 16 servings
