SAUSAGE-CHEESE BALLS 1 lb. Ground sausage 3 cups biscuit mix 10-oz. melted extra sharp cheddar cheese Add sausage to biscuit mix. Add melted cheese (melt in double boiler). Form into balls (bite-size). Bake on ungreased sheet in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes. Balls may be made ahead and frozen. If frozen, bake in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes. Yields: about 9 dozen
