ORANGE-CREAM FRUIT SALAD 1 (20-oz) can drained pineapple tidbits 1 (16-oz) can drained peach slices 1 (11-oz) can mandarin orange sections 1 1/2 cups milk 1/3 cup thawed, frozen orange juice concentrate 3 medium sliced bananas 2 medium cored and chopped apples 1 (3 3/4 or 3 5/8) package vanilla pudding mix 3/4 cup sour cream In a large bowl combine fruits; set aside. In small bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate. Beat with beater until blended. One to two minutes. Beat in sour cream. Fold into fruit mixture. Cover and chill. Serve on lettuce cups. Serves: 10
