CHICKEN, BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 1 stick margarine, melted 1 medium onion, chopped 1 (10 oz) package frozen broccoli 3 cups cooked, deboned chicken, cut into small pieces 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup chees whiz 1 1/2 cups minute rice (cooked) Saute onion in margarine. Add soup, milk, cheez whiz, broccoli, and rice. Heat and add chicken. Pour into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. This casserole may be frosen prior to baking.
