CHET'S SCALLOPED POTATOES 4-5 medium potatoes, sliced 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped milk 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup lightly grease casserole. Put a layer of potatoes, folowed by green pepper and onions. Repeat until casserole is filled. Pour mixture of 1 can mushroom soup mixed with 1 soup can of milk over potatoes. Salt aand pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Makes 6 servings
