CHEESY MEATLOAF

1 1/2 - 2 lbs hamburger meat
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 egg
1/2 package saltine crackers,crushed
salt, pepper and garelic salt to taste
1 (4oz) can sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons picante sauce
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 small box velveta cheese, diced

Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce in a large bowl. Mix together by hand. Place in loaf pan and cook at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Drain grease and pour tomato sauce over top. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
