The DBZ Rollin' Express

How to make a music video:

To start with, find a song that you want to make the video to, and if it isn't in the .wav format, you'll need to convert it (Winamp can do that). Next you need some video clips of whatever you want to be in your video. You can probably download all you need, or you can capture (digitally record) them from cable with a capture card (like ATI All In Wonder or ATI TV Wonder VE). If you have some DVDs, you can rip those on your computer (assuming you have a DVD drive in your computer). Once you have the clips and song that you want to use, you need some software to mix it all together. I used Adobe Premiere 5.0 when I made mine. Since then, I have gotten Adobe Premiere 6.0, and it's a lot better. Now that you have all of that, it will just be a matter of time and effort.

Do I have any other music videos?

Currently, the answer is no. I started one shortly after I made DBZ Rollin', but I have been to busy to work on it much since then. When I finally find time, I will post here (and email everyone who has emailed me) where/how to get it. In the meantime, you can watch mine, the one my friend made to Rob Zombie's Dragula called The Next Level, or just make your own.

Is it okay for you to email me with comments about my video?

Sure, I'm always glad to hear what you have to say. Let me know what you thought of the video, or you give me suggestions for the next one. You can also keep me up to date on your progress with your own video attempts (especially if you need help with a particular aspect).

That's all I have for now.

Check back later.
