Getting about
After our flight to Delhi, we took a cab to the city.
Here's one of those treacherous buses I was telling you about.  Where the body moves relative to the floor.
In India, we could afford to travel by rickshaw - besides, it was too hot to walk!
We made up for not walking much when we went trekking in Nepal.  By-the-way, we packed too much stuff and the bags are heavy!
In Nepal, traffic was civilised enough for us to feel safe with a motorbike.  Lots of freedom, shame about the puncture!
We joined the masses for a cycle ride in China - now where did I park the bike?
The trip to Lhasa was a long and arduous one.  The bus was struggling too and here's a quick roadside repair with a pair of scissors and a piece of innertube - it was meant to hold the suspension together!! Just into China, we were loaded into an empty truck - no it's not a rave party, we're just trying to keep upright!  Sitting on the floor wasn't a comfy option either.
A bit of comfort on a chinese train

The ferry to Korea - 27hours, but we did have a bunk.
