After meeting on the road into town, our new adventurers decide to have supper together. After several days on the road with out mounts, being away from their homes, and just a touch apprehensive about the unforseen future, the band of three find need for company and a good hot meal.
After being summoned to the local chapel of St. Cuthbert they accept a well paying task from the serious leader of the religion. Though shorthanded shorthanded this cleric find's it very important to have her questions answered.
The mission?
Just yesterday, a badly burned man appeared on the Chapel steps. The man was apprentice to a somewhat powerful mage that lives a small way away. The Mage was a friend to the church, and posed as a powerful political figure in the area.
To travel three days away and glean what information they may as to the cause of a severly burned man's malady. While at their destination, Gwysol's tower, they are to retrieve any items of significant power, including the mage's spellbook, fearing what may happen if they fall into the wrong hands..
