ACTIONS NEEDED IN UGANDA
for making Uganda a modern country

1 Rehabilitation of all roads and streets.

a Widening, gravel and possibly asphalt on all sand roads.

b The organization of sign posted venues where the road is not possible to widen.

c Repair of all the potholes in the roads and streets.

2 National production of gravel near Kampala. Reason: see above.

3 Distribution of post to all receivers and papers to all who subscribe.

4 Giving all real estate a named and numbered address for distribution of post and papers and
easily finding places.

5 Allow the sale along the streets only where the activity does not take space from pedestrian traffic. Permits must be presented at the place for sale.

6 Provision of ambulances.
Vehicles that get sick people at the scene and transporting them to hospitals.

7 Registration of all people at birth and give them personal numbers.
Reasons: a) Giving everyone access to schooling and other civil rights.
b) To facilitate voting at general elections.

8 Registration of all companies that have people employed (for tax).

9 Introduction of city buses and coaches in regular service.

10 Organisation of bus stops (widening of the road) along all major roads.

11 Removal of minibuses ("Taxis") for carrying passengers. Reason: see above.

12 Testing of all cars older than two years, once a year, at the cost of the owner.

13 Supply of water continuously to all households that wish to have it, at an agreed charge.

14 Collection of garbage from all addresses with people living at them, paid for by the estate owner.

15. Utilising the railroad net in Uganda for transporting people and goods.
