| Tom is a notary public in the State of Maine. As such, he is authorized to perform civil marriage ceremonies. He has presided as celebrant over a number of weddings, handfastings, welcoming and naming rituals, and other events. He is currently studying pagan ministry at Cherry Hill Seminary in South Carolina. Ceremonies can be as basic or as eleaborate as you wish. | ||||||||||||||||||||
