Well as i had told you before the darkness of the mehndi depends on the powder, the mixing and the time you are wearing it..
Recipie- 2 Small cones:
1 Cup - mehendi powder Enough - Lemon juice 2-3 Tbs -Sugar
Method:
This is one of the most simpliest mixes i have done but it seems to work wonders than the more complicated mixes that are there. in a porcaline bowl take the powder and mix it with the juice of lemon till u make a thick paste. (Why i havnt given the exact mesurment of the lemon juice is coz the juice amount might ary depending on the powder you use som might need more juice som might need less juice). keep this mix over night. in the morning this should be in a dark brown color. add the sugar and little "terp" and some more juice as to make it the right consistency not too runny. then mak cones and fill it up.
Terp is oils used in mehndi.
Making cones:
It is simple ti use a small cover of som sort like a milk cover or so but if you cant find anything you can make a cone by cuting out a square in a plastic bag and rolling it up so as it forms a tip at one end.
You can also use small bottles that have thin tips and even iu have heard of people using syringes to do designs.
But i prefer using a cone as it gives me more control over the pressure i apply. |
