Method
In a pan beat curd, termeric powder and enought salt will no lumps remain and keep aside
In another pan add some oil and put  in fenugreek till it becoms slightly brown ten add mustard seeds let it pop, add next dry chillies, curry leaves,  small onions finly slices and chillies till onions become a nic brown color.. reduce the heat and add the beat curd to this. add last the water mix well till nic and smooth and just warm through.. Do not let it boil as the curd will seprate. remove from heat... This curd can stay upto a good 3 days in the fridge.
