Butter chicken
Ingrediants:
chicken
Onion
ginger
garlic
tomato
cream
chili powder
paprika powder
tomato puree

1/2 kg cubed
2-3 nos
1 inch grated
2-3 pods crushed
2-3 cubed
4-5 tabs(could vary)
1-2 tbs

Method:
In a bowl place the chicken cubes and and 1 tbs chili powder and 1 tbs paprika powder,salt  and keep aside for about 1/2 hr. In a Kadai heat oil and and fry till light brown and cooked thorugh. In that oil fry onion, garlic ginger till fry. Then fry tomato just for a few minutes and keep aside. Blend all these fried till form a nice paste by adding some water. Add this back into the kadai and heat up adding the fried chicken. Finally add the tomato puree and tomato paste and fry and the remaining masala powder and fry till the required thickness it got. Once this is done finally add the cream and required salt and mix. This dish should be eaten hot.
