Coconut Fish Curry

Fish cleaned and cut
Grated coconut
dry chillies
small tamerind pieces
small onion
ginger
jeera
fenugreek
curry leave
mustard seends
tomato
termeric powder
corriander powder

Method
Blend together to a paste the coconut, onions, ginger, tamerind, jeera, fenugreek, dry chillies, termeric powder,corriander powder with little water. then in a pan pour the paste and add the fish to it with about 1/2-3/4 cup of water to thin out littleand required amount of salt remember the water will reduce so be sparting on the salt . Then add the cleaned fish and let it com up to a boil. then add tomato piece. and let cook well.  In another pan pop mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry chillies.  Thenn add this to the fish curry and let boile for 2 more minutes.
