Veggie Pizza

Pilsbury Crescent Rolls-1 can (low fat rolls work well)
Philadelphia Cream Cheese-1 package (bar); low fat works well, too
Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix-to taste
Vegetables-your choice (I used broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots), finely chopped
Ranch Dressing-small amount, only if needed to thin the mixture

Unroll the crescent rolls and arrange together to cover the bottom of a cookie sheet or cake pan (this should form a solid crust). Bake according to directions on can. Cool to room temperature. Slowly add small amounts of ranch dip mix to cream cheese and mix with spoon or mixer. Add ranch mix to your taste. If mixture is too thick to spread, add small amount of ranch dressing. Spread mixture onto crust. Add chopped vegetables (press them into the mixture with a spatula) to the top. Slice into 1-2 inch squares. Refrigerate until served. Voila!
