Roasted Tomato Salad
2 heads red leaf lettuce
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
2 pints grape tomatoes
6 slices of thick bacon
Caesar dressing of choice

Heat over to 350 degrees. Put tomatoes in roasting dish cover with olive oil and kosher salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes or until skins shrivel a little.

Fry bacon till crisp brake up in pieces

Clean lettuce and dry. Tear it up

Toss all together in a bowl with a little Caesar dressing to start and add more as you toss depending on what you like. As the tomatoes brake up they will make their own coating.
