| Potato Casserole |
| 2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1/2 cup melted butter 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup 1 pt sour cream 1 tbsp dried onion flakes 10oz grated cheddar cheese Topping 2 cups crushed corn flakes combined with 1/4 cup melted butter Combine all ingredients except for the potatoes and the topping. Stir in potatoes last. Put in a buttered 9x13in baking dish. Top with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly and brown. |
