Parmesan Delights (from Millie Wood)



2 packages of frozen, chopped spinach-heat/thaw on stove, squeeze liquid out

2 cups Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing mix (Stove Top works too)

2 medium onions, finely chopped

6 eggs, beaten

� cup margarine, melted

� cup parmesan cheese

� teaspoon thyme

� teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon Accent



Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 100+ (depending on the size of the balls). You can also freeze them before baking. Bake them frozen at the same temp above for 15 minutes. You can also use less margarine if desired. Margarine is preferred over butter for this recipe.
