| Parmesan-Crusted Chicken 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil � teaspoon thyme 4 chicken breasts � grated parmesan Salt & Pepper - Put rack on top shelf. Preheat oven 475 - Combine mustard, oil and Thyme in a small bowl. Season Chicken breast with salt and pepper, and then brush them all over with mustard mixture. Pat Parmesan all over each breast (the chickens). Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet. Bake the chicken on the top shelf of the oven for about 15 minutes, or until just cooked through and nicely browned. |
