| Junior League Stuffed Mushrooms |
| 12 lg mushrooms 1 garlic clove 3 tbls butter 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach 2 tbls mayo 3 tbls grated parmesan cheese Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce Tabasco sauce to taste 1 tsp seasoned salt Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Wipe the mushroom caps with a damp cloth. Saute the garlic in the butter in a skillet. Dip the mushrooms caps into the butter and arrange rounded side down in a buttered shallow baking dish. Cook the spinach using the package directions: drain Add the mayo, cheese, lemon juice, Worchestershire sauce, Tabasco juice and seasoned salt; mix well. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins or until heated through. |
