2 T honey
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 T dry yeast
2 cups white all purpose flour
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 t salt

Stir honey and 1/2 cup of water together. Mix in yeast.
Set aside until yeast is foamy.
In larger bowl mix both flours, salt and then yeast mixture. Slowly add 1 1/4 cup water until dough clumps together and is sticky. Put in greased loaf pan. Let rise 45 minutes. Put in pre-heated oven (375) for 50 minutes with no cover.
