Icing for Elizabeth's Cake
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup boiling water

Sift sugar and cocoa.
Pour in butter and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add water, 1 tsp at a time and stir until mixture is shiny and speadable (all water will be not be needed)
