Crawfish Dip
Saut�'  1 bunch of chopped green onions with one stick butter

Drain 1 - 1 1/2 lbs frozen crawfish tails* - add to butter and onions

Season with Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning. Let
simmer until some of the water from the crawfish cooks out.

Add 2 - 8 oz pks of cream cheese  - blend - melt

Add 1 pint half and half (if needed to thicken - mix one table spoon flour)

Let simmer - season with additional Tony's seasoning -
Cayenne  - Tabasco - to taste.

Serve with Pita Chips or Tortilla Chips
