| Chicken Enchiladas |
| 1 can Cream of Chicken 1 16 oz sour cream 1 can chopped green chilies Bring this to a simmer (do not boil). Cook 5 � 6 chicken breasts (grill, bake, boil). Chop chicken up. Take large tortillas and add chicken, shredded cheddar, and chopped onion- roll them up and place into a pyrex dish Once dish is full, pour the sauce over the top and cover with more shredded cheddar. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes (just cook until the cheddar on top is melted) Cut up lettuce, tomatoes, and olives for garnish. |
