| Brown 1 lb. turkey or beef and follow instructions to season it with one package of taco seasoning Place a layer of canned refried beans on bottom of a casserole dish Place thin layer of salsa on the beans Follow with layer of warm seasoned meat Follow with 2 cups (or so) of cheddar or Mexican blend shredded cheese Next layer is prepared guacamole Then sour cream Top it with diced tomatoes, sliced scallions, and black olive slices This is just as good without meat, but warm the beans and mix taco seaoning in the sour cream, instead. |
