7 Layer Dip
1 16 oz can Refried Beans
3 lg avocados
1 lime
16 oz Sour Cream
One Envelope of Taco Seasoning.
1 small can chopped mild green chiles (or green onions)
1 6 oz can chopped black olives.
4 cups chopped tomatoes
2 cups grated Sharp Cheddar
1 bunch of Cilantro.

In a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish, evenly spread one 16 oz. can of refried beans. 

Mash together 3 large ripe avocados + 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice.  Spread over beans.

Mix together 2 cups of sour cream + one envelope of taco seasoning. Spread over avocados.

Sprinkle with 3 tbsp. drained chopped canned mild green chilies ( I used green onions instead), then one or two 6 oz. cans of black olives, chopped (I think I used one can), then about 4 cups of chopped tomatoes, then 2 cups of grated sharp cheddar on top.

Broil the whole thing about 4 inches from the heat just until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.  Take out and sprinkle the top with chopped fresh cilantro.
