This is a legitimate competition and in the past we have had winners who have not believed they have won, or treated it as spam, please ensure you note down that you entered so we dont continue to have this happening.

You must be over the age of eighteen (18) years to enter.
Winners must be willing to have their first name and country listed on the winners page which you can view by clicking here.
You can enter up to once per day.
You cannot enter on behalf of another person e.g. friend or spouse without their express permission.
The competition commences at 12.01am on the 1st day of the month and concludes at 12.00pm on the last day of the month.
Prizes are not transferable for cash.
Competition is open internationally.
We hate Spam as much as you do and your information will not be sold or given out to any third party, the only person who will ever view your personal information is Heidi Jaye.
You will receive a confirmation email stating that you have been entered into the competition, the only other email you will receive is an email if you are the winner.
After the winner has been contacted and they have confirmed receipt of the confirmation of winner email all other entries received will be deleted permanently and not kept for any reason whatsoever.
We will pay the postage costs of the prizes chosen and the postage cost is not taken out of the value of the gift voucher.
All prizes will be sent via Registered Mail inside Australia and Registered Air Mail overseas
We are not responsible for misdirected mail, or if incorrect postal information is supplied..
Prizes will be shipped within seventy two (72) hours of winner choosing their products.
Bear in mind though that in some instances, like for instance if you choose business cards it takes time to design, and to email each other back and forth to decide on the final print.
The gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of receipt.
You can use part of your gift voucher at one of our stores, or you can split it up and buy from several of our stores.

Your gift voucher does not have to be used all at once.
123 Shop is not responsible for late or misdirected mail or email.
This competition commences on 1st January 2007 and will continue on a monthly basis until further notice.
If you are a winner you have seven (7) days to reply to the winners email we will send you.
If you do not reply within seven (7) days your prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
If for any reason winners do not reply in any given month, that months prize will be offered as an extra prize in the following months draw.
This is a random draw of chance and the judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
