Uluru (Ayers Rock) Northern Territory.�� An awesome sight particularly at sunrise and sunset. This huge monolith, rising out of the desert in the centre of Australia is 862.5m above sea level.
River Crossing, Roper River Track, Northern Territory
Nitmiluk National Park (Katherine Gorge) Northern Territory.�� The National Park is rich in Aboriginal rock paintings. There are boat tours to see the spectacular gorges and there are more than 100kms of walking tracks.
Litchfield National Park, Northern Territory.� Very muich smaller than Kakadu, this Park has� fantastic waterfalls, great scenery, good camping grounds� and can be reached by normal vehicle.
Cape Levique, Western Australia.� A beautiful place with great beaches and some fabulous 4WD sand driving to the creek.
Purnululu National Park (Bungle Bungle) Western Australia.� One of Australia's greatest natural wonders.� The road into the Bungles is strictly 4WD and quite difficult.
