INTRODUCTION In this globalization era, the advance of technology is very
amazing. Peoples become crazy about technology use. This phenomenon also
influence education world. Many schools provide computer laboratory, with internet
access, as one of their facilities to support teaching-learning process. The
teachers are encouraged to use this facility to apply their teaching method
in the class. This facility is expected to make the teaching-learning process
more efficient, creative, and fun. In contrast, this technology can also have negative sides. One
of those negative sides is that you, as a teacher, have to pay attention to
what your students are doing behind the computer screen, because internet has
all of the interesting things that your students would like to open. Besides,
the teachers must also remember to pick up an appropriate website to teach
the students. The teachers must decide the appropriate level of the website,
the reliability of the website, the credibility of the website, and so on. In this paper, our group is going to introduce a good
educational website using Computer-Assisted Language Learning approach which
can be used to teach second grade of Junior High School students. Our reason
to apply the website as a teaching material for second grade of Junior High
school is because the grammar, structure, vocabulary, and the language level
is match to their need and competence level. In addition, the objective of
our teaching is to train the students’ listening, reading and speaking skills
to be better in a fun way. Principally our activity is reading where the
students must read aloud the texts appear on the computer screen, but it can
be listening and speaking too. When the text is highlighted, the students are
encouraged to pronounce it together while listening to the pronunciations
from headset. So indirectly this reading activity can teach listening skill
and speaking skill. Introduction Course
