The Impact of G.W. Bush
The Pew Research Center has released a very interesting and comprehensive survey of Americans' political values and social attitudes entitled, Trends in Political Values and Core Attitudes: 1987-2007: Political Landscape More Favorable To Democrats. It looks like 6 years of Bush have finally taken its toll on the American people. Religiosity has taken a hit, too, as more people define themselves as secular, although the percentage remains quite low. The 2008 elections will be very interesting; hopefully the general public will have finally awakened to the horror of Republican rule and take corrective action.
