Bio: Dave was born in Etobecoke, a suburb of Toronto. He was the second child of Mary and Michael Foley. He has an older brother and a younger sister. At 17, he dropped out of highschool to pursue comedy. While taking improv classes at Second City he met up with Kevin McDonald. They worked together and later formed the original Kids in the Hall.
