Flow happens when you open another persons aura. That is where it comes from. It does seem to be repeatable and that may be how you all look at it, but it originates from opening one or more people's auras and allowing them to charge from the atmosphere/space around them. Therefore aura exercises as well as what I wish to do today and open the idea (maybe out there already) of flow exercising/practicing would be a good way to approach this.

Things like: practicing charging or collecting the energy before you begin to relay it, feeling it dissipate and maybe learning to strike it up again in your own head, learning to pass it along to someone else - live or in a recording, hell etc.

an exercise where you collect then allow to fade a bit as you try to stroke it up to as loud as you can for a couple of minutes.

concept of opening which I feel had been distorted along the grapevine. another new topic came up, relaxing your mind not just your body. What I mean here is you may worry or tighten up mentally as you try to do this process. Someone else said don't care, I worry then about your general intent so I will say don't worry about it. This relaxing your mind idea is why I have the second-try types of exercises and some of the time exercises. I want you to relax, don't worry about it and just kind of do it - every success should gain you confidence.

Some ideas on talking or creating a sound signal (Version 1): please understand this is only a concept, don't even bother until you can easily work a flow signal. Then be sure to remain relaxed (and more confident!) When I say talk I mean just like talking to yourself in your own head though in the state of "sending" using flow, relax and talk to someone else with all the effort of talking in your own head, very similar to naturally but sort of out now that you are open.

Relax, Talk, [Relax quickly], Relay or Open, Talk, [Relax quickly and maintain state], Keep talking while remaining relaxed and maintaining state... do it again.

Don't worry about it too much though (barriers will reform naturally and you may wane in power over too short a time - try to get used to that feel though, that STATE.)

On relax quickly, some ideas about using a quick breathing method as your relax (or with relax). On the first mention of talk I want to MAYBE suggest a trigger and as the talking a simple signal or "pop" word, later say anything you feel like. Try Helloing, can you hear this and counting even singing some song lyric you both agree on. On relax and maintain state I need to tell you to take a moment as you learn to do this and observe the state and try to "see" it for a while as you learn and I personally need to describe what you are looking for and what it feels like.

Ideas for Opening using Flow Music:

Relax, Relay (Fully), Maintain contact/Observe overall state, Immediately practice opening self (first) then self and/or target.

... talk some about opening moves and some opening exercises. (How it feels, what they are looking for, what actions they need to do, what to expect...)

Something I need to mention here as well as anywhere... let me shout: THIS TALENT SHOULD PERHAPS BE LEARNED IN PAIRS OR AS PARTNERS. I know elsewhere I have mentioned maybe using more but here is what I mean - for learning, practicing and most basic work (including "opening" as I have tried to describe it.) When I mentioned more it had to do with the star concept or building a group of people large enough to get some serious work done.
