| I will be posting here every few days just to keep you updated and slow down mail. Hotmail has been down a lot lately and its horrible sometimes to get and send mail so please check here for answers. This week as I said some items had and will go which were not listed, the next couple of days I am working on refunds and the refund list, the people I know 100% that want a refund. Quite a few of you who wanted refunds will be getting something from me vis regular mail soon I am working on that over the next few days as well. I am really trying to get everything in good organized working order here, its taking some time but it will be worth it in the end. I wish things were so hectic before and I could have taken this time long ago to get it over with. If you have mailed me and hadn't gotten an answer please see if your questions can be answered here if not please mail me again. Hotmail is only 2mb no and my in box gets full with less than 20 mails due to attatchments and so forth. Its Wed so its a short day I will work for a few more hours and then I have church, tomorrow and friday I have a ton of work today, trying to organize has me doing less in other areas and I really need to buckle down the next two days so if mail doesn't get answered until Monday please don't panic. On the New Pro I will post anything I found out, Its to be out in June sometime and I believe one of the additions was the storage which only a couple of the lower models have at this point but is something I know I am asked about a lot, there are supposed to be at least 3 changes. As I said there would be no price increase for you all on your end for anyone wanting that just let me know and I'll mark NP next to your name on the list. I have thought long and hard about this entire mess and the why's and lessons, I have a few thoughts on that and will post a page just on that over the weekend. I have added everyone who wrote me, unless you were not sure of something and I wrote you back. I am feeling a lot better about this, except that its taken time I need to work and get the money to do this so please excuse me if I take these days to do some butt bustin work..forgive lack of mail I will get to it but I HAVE to get this cash flow going a little better so we can end this! Thank you all for helping me through. I don't feel so alone on this..when this is over, as I have always said, foodsaver people I can always get your supplies and IF IF IF I open my store again, you will always have free shipping or a discount.
