| General answers and things you may need to know... |
| I have worked and worked to get this up and learned how to post things, it was a little more complicated but its up and now I have control over this site so updates will be easier for me to do a couple of times a week. A few of you asked now what, so, the list posted is as of this week, there were/are refunds and items sent or being sent, that are not listed because they would have gone within a couple of days anyhow and it didn't make sense to have to add and remove. The list is in order and if any one mails me that isn't on the list of someone wants to be refunded the list will change, I will just remove people as the items go. A few of you wanted to wait on the new Pro so can those of you who did mail me and I will put a mark next to your name, I dont want to pull you out of order but that way I will know and some had said so in the old guest book but that disapeared so if you don't mind letting me know here. How will this work, everything will go in order, some days or weeks its easier to do refunds and sometimes easier to do the item so whichever is quickest at that time I will be doing but will not go out of order. There may be days I can't get any FS out and days I can get 4 or 8 it all depends on how quickly I can get the money to get them done. It wont be an over night process and it wont be as quick as we all want but it WILL happen. I have not worked all this time just to walk away now, although at times last week it was very tempting. You may very well not like or approve of how fast this is done or how it is done in general but it is getting done, going though this list, what remains and knowing where I was when this started even suprised me. Just in foodsavers, when this happened and understand at first I didn't know how to do this so there were times that things really weren't moving to quickly because I was at a bit of a stand still on how to begin again but I have gone from about 600 foodsavers to this list, let alone all the money I have refunded, juicers and thigh trainers to me that is quite a bit of progress given the situation and the fact that I have had to remake all of this money on my own and do all this work on my own. That is why I know this can be done, it just takes time. I wont swear to a time limit again, I was to optimistic before and it bit me in the butt, all I can say I everyday I work to fix this and that will not change until it is done. I will get as many items or refund out as quickly as I can and every cent I have is going toward this. I know some don't believe that or don't want to but it is true and it wont stop now. The rest of this week I will mostly be working on refunds I have spent so much time of the Foodsaver people I have to do that for a bit. On a not so bright side, one thing I do like about this guest book and site is it has stats and ip numbers show so those who have left the threats in the quest book or the cussing or name calling will be forwarded to your ISP, I already have one who isn't even a buyer a woman wanted a refund, I sent it months ago and she still continues to try to cause problems, I don't have time or the engery to deal with negitives, I know I own people money or items but not my life and that attitude only makes things worse not better. People also who have gotten items and refunds, especially through paypal have been reported. I have also filed charges on my old supplier with several agencies. So far I have heard back from the BBB only but they say to wait 30 days to hear back. Regardless of what some think, this is not something I set out to do, it happened to me which in turn effected all of us. Did I handle it in the best way possible, maybe not, did I handle it in the only way I knew how, yes. I have done and will do my best to solve this, I just grew tired of dealing with a mess Paypal and my supplier created so from here on out, anyway they can help me get out of this mess I will do, file anything needed. Those of you who did pay with Paypal and with a credit card. I did talk to a lawyer last week and he suggested too that anyone who wanted a refund file for a charge back through their credit card co. That way Paypal cannot sit on the frozen account, the charge back money will come out of there. So anyone who wants to just let me know you are going to do so. Also he added if anyone and there are some of you I would trust to do this with...if you file and get your money back and when I am on my feet we can do the transaction again, somehow so you know the item is on the way and then you can send the money back, either over night it while the item is in transit and you can see that. I asked and asked for advice from you all and just input and many of you were great. I was told two main things one was order and two just to be blunt and honest so that is how it will be, right this second I do not know exactly how this will go, how quickly I have many things going on to fix this and not all days are good days but I start again each day with ending this in sight. Two promises, this will end and I will do my best. I have my own goals my own life I need to move on with and as long as this goes on I cannot do those things, so I have more motivation that just dealing with people, its almost summer and this is not how I intend to spend my summer at all. So with your help and continued understanding I will do what I have been, just in more order and continue to get this taken care of. Off the main page I will put a link for each week or so depending on the length of any updates. I may answer question I have gotten from mail or guest book on the updates as well so that I can update a few of you at a time, so if you have mailed me with a general question please check here before you assume I didn't answer you. Anything to save sometime. Like I said I have a million projects going on to solve this mess. I got rained out at the flae market and am trying to sell my hand made soaps and candles there as well as other things I have around the house and I am helping people with some online projects as well. I don't want to give up on my own business it was going so well before this happened and I have learned so much I know I can do it again and better but its tough working online without Paypal. Everything else just takes so long but we'll push through. Please again I ask that this mail ONLY be used to let me know you are not on the list or would like a refund and not the item.
