Things are going well for the band right now. Everyone is excited about the show on the 29th of October. Rehearsals are still planned in order for Bill to learn all of the bass lines for the songs. Rehearsals with both Bill and Josh have been good so far. As far as the demo goes, there has been tons of positive feedback concerning the overall quality of both the sound and the songs, and I can't wait to get back to recording some more.
Stay tuned for more music in the near future.

Hello again, its me. Not much new to report. The show on the 29th of October looks to be great opportunity for people to hear Heavensgate's music. I am excited, as well as my bandmates are, to play the show. Rehearsals are planned for Saturday and Sunday. Can't wait to see everyone at the show.
On a more serious note, my heart goes out to all those affected by the multitude of horrific storms that
are plaguing our tropical coasts. (Hurricane Katrina, etc.) We are now scheduled to play a benefit show
for the victims of Hurricane Katrina on Saturday, November 19, 2005 at the Eagle's Club in Faribault, MN.
Hope to see you there to hear great music for a great cause.

Happy Halloween everyone! The Heavensgate show on 10-29-05 at The Coffee Klatsch was
pretty good. There was a good turnout of people, and everyone seemed to enjoy our set.
A huge thanks to Josh Kittleson and Bill Miller for helping the band out, on Drums and Bass, respectively.
Next in line for the band is the Hurricane Katrina benefit show on 11-19-05 at the Eagle's Club in
Faribault, MN. Hope to see all of you there.

It's been awhile. The Heavensgate show at the Eagle's Club on 11-19-05, supporting the victims of Hurricane Katrina, was a success. A huge thank goes out to all those who attended the concert and
helped this worthy cause. Also, thank you to Josh Kittleson and Bill Miller, for filling in for the band
on Drums and Bass, respectively. New Heavensgate recordings happening again hopefully soon.

Greetings and Happy New Year's to everyone!!! Hope everyone had a safe and happy holidays.
Not much going on in the way of the band as of late.
As the new year has begun, hopefully that will change.
In unrelated news, I received both Seether albums, Disclaimer II and Karma and Effect for Christmas.
I would have to say that I am very impressed with this band. I really like the music on both albums.
I would highly recommend Seether as a band to check out if you like alternative/metal music.
Also, I have some really exciting music gear purchases coming up in the near future.
I can't say much more than this right now,
except that there will be SIGNIFICANT CHANGES in my guitar rig.
(Note: this information is useless except for myself and fellow gear nerds.)
And, lastly, I have 3 of 4 new song ideas that I really like.
(Once again, nothing of an significance to anyone except myself)
Anyway, not much else to say at the moment.
