| This journey began when we got that wonderful second line on a home pregnancy test. We were sooooo excited and happy. It did not last long though, as several days later, I started to 'spot' and then bleed. We went to the emergency room at a hospital where a friend worked. Tests were done including an early ultrasound which showed three egg sacs...one was detaching from the uterine wall, another was empty, and the third looked ok. We were sent home after being told that I was having an early miscarriage. We returned the next day after the bleeding and cramping increased. | ||||||||||||
