To earn credits:
1) set up a time or date with a council or sub-council member in which you spend half an hour and get to know them. When you are through talking both of you must neomail me.
2) go to any councils or sub-councils shop and 500 nps then neomail me saying who it is.
3) A council or sub-council member may ask you a question. If you answer it correctly both you and the council member must neomail me.
4) Donate any item to a council or sub-council member excluding anything under 500 nps. Both you and the council member must neomail me!
Council or Sub-council members can aslo give away credits to members if they deserve them, but they also have the right to take them away for begging or anything else unreasonable.They can take away as many credits as they feel necessary. Council and Sub-council members if you participate there is also a monthly prize for you! I will keep score of your credits and at the end of the month you can trade them in for prizes!
