Maids What would cards be like without the game Old Maid? What would the 12 days of Christmas be without the 8 Maids a milking? Would the Brady Bunch have been the same without Alice? Maids are more essential to everyday life than some would think. Forever toiling for low wages, sometimes disgruntled, sometimes alluring, and always ready to do a favor, these enigmas from the world of wealth often don't get the respect they deserve. Today we take our caps off and say, "Thank you, maids. Thank you." The play has three maids. The chief of servants Mrs. Ames, Susie, and Ann. What would a mansion be without the best staff this side of .uh.... that place from Beauty and the Beast. Anyways, do yourself a favor and hug a maid today.
Butlers Although there are no butlers in our play, they have become a staple in modern day cinema, internet, and television. Who could forget Alfred from Batman, Jeeves from Ask Jeeves, that guy from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Aire (Jeffery), and Mr. Belvadere? I mean, who would drive all these rich people around if there were no butlers?? Would they drive ... themselves?? These questions may never be answered.
Nurses You know that these fine ladies have helped you get out of a Trig test at one point in your life. But who are the people beind these white uniforms? Only the best in the buisness. Our good friend Gaylord Focker from "Meet the Parents" was a nurse. We have one nurse in the play. But I wish there were more.
