Our two bedroom unit has a full size bed in each room sleeping a total of four. The price for this unit is $100* a night.
Our suite has two bedrooms with a full size bed in each and an attached tv room that has a full sized futon. This unit sleeps a total of six. The price for this unit is $150* a night
Our grand suite has three bedrooms with full size beds there is also a forth bedroom that is attached to the third bedroom to create a more open floor plan that bedroom has two twin size beds. The grand suite also has two queen size sofa beds, this unit will sleep a total of 12. The suite also has two bathrooms one with a jacuzzi tub overlooking the ocean. The price for this unit is $200* a night.
There is a $60 dollar cleaning fee if the unit is left excessively dirty. Please follow the guidelines in the unit to avoid this charge. Any excessive cleaning outside the normal cleaning of the guidelines will result in money held from your security deposit in the amount deemed appropriate.
Most of our guests arrive in the afternoon but some arrive late at night, this may cause a problem with our manager Jason's schedule if any guest arrives in Dorado after 8 pm we will need to add a $50 charge to be given to Jason as a "thank you" for his extra effort. If it is after midnight the charge will be $100.
All fees will be withheld from your security deposit. You will be notified if any portion of the security deposit is forfeited.
We require a fully refundable $500 security deposit for each unit during the length of your stay. We will mail the $500 dollar deposit back to you on the day that you depart our property.
* Rentals booked after 1/1/2009 for peak season will have to pay the following rates:
The two bedroom is $130 a night.
The suite is $195 a night.
The grand suite is $260 a night.
