Goals:
In Dr. Phil's Weight Loss Challenge book he says having goals are very
important to keeping up with your weight loss. I agree. I have always
been a little lenient on my weight loss goals. I would give myself two
weeks to lose 1 lb. No more. I am not going to be unrealistic but I am
going to have a very straightforward goal that I can achieve if I do
what I know I need to do!
UPDATE
(06/24/04):
Because I slacked off the last few months I have to readjust my goals.
There is no way I would meet the previous goals. So below are my new
goals that I am going to achieve!!!!
New Goals:
August 9, 2004 - 40 lbs down
November 11, 2004 - 60 lbs down
December 21, 2004 - GOAL of 135 lbs!!!!

Previous Goals:
March 16th - 20 lbs COMPLETE as of 3/23/04!!
June 29th** - 40 lbs [As of 05/18/04: 76.5% complete!!]
August 31st - 60 lbs [As of 05/18/04: 51.0% complete!!]
September 21st - 65 lbs [As of 05/18/04: 47.1% complete!!]
**Changed this Goal Date since I will not make June 1st. Will update and change other dates as necessary.
[They are subject to change based on plateaus or increased weight
loss.]
I have many a vacation going on this year and want to look excellent for them all!!
Vacations:
May - Camping trip to beach
June - Friend's Wedding & Week in Cancun
August - Camping trip to Kern River for a week
