When you feel like screaming,
Because you don't know what to do,
Reach out for Jesus,
And He'll see you through.

When you have a lonely feeling,
And there is no one to talk to,
Reach out for Jesus,
And He'll listen to you.

When you feel like dying,
Because everything is going wrong,
Reach out for Jesus
And He'll give you a song.

When you need a friend,
And there isn't one around,
Reach out for Jesus,
And one will be found.

When you're feeling really down,
And things seem like a zoo,
Reach out for Jesus,
And He'll make things like new.

When your really upset,
And you just want to fight,
reach out for Jesus,
And He'll hold on to you tight.
