Orrin Travis: A deputy director in the CIA. Orrin is the agent in charge of overseeing the team. He is also one of only two people who knows their true identities. Even within the Agency, the members of this team are referred to only by their codenames. Orrin has a wife, named Evie, whom he lives with in McLean, Virginia. His son, also in the CIA, was killed three years ago by members of the AIO. He has a daughter-in-law and a son. His daughter-in-law is named Mary Travis. She runs a small publishing house out of her home in Arlington, Virginia. She met Ezra Standish shortly after her husband's death, when they both attended the same group grief therapy. Her son, Billy, is about six years old. |

Melinda Rothchilde Standish: Melinda was the daughter of a very devout man. Her father did not approve of her marriage to Ezra. She was also an up-and-coming singer under the name Linda Childe. Ezra was the only person who ever called her Mandy. She died three years ago, when the car Ezra was driving was hit by a drunk driver. She and Ezra had been returning late from a holiday party where she had performed. The tragic turn of events left her husband emotionally shattered. With the help of a few psychiatrists, her sister (Samantha) and their daughter (Amanda) Ezra was eventually able to return to work. |

Inez Recillos: Owner/manager of a local restaurant called "The Saloon." The Seven frequently meet there and enjoy a meal together. (You'll notice I changed it from a bar. This is because I needed Ezra to be able to bring Amanda with him. They don't typically let five-year-olds into bars. ) |

Maude Standish: Ezra's mother, currently unwed. She has been married five time and none of them were Ezra's father. Because she was very young when her son was born, she didn't know how to raise a child. She often left him with her older relatives, especially her Aunt, who lived in Kentucky. |
