Adored

Covered from the world by the fakeness of a lie
Sitting in a dark room alone she rocks and cries
The truth is just too much to take
Her life is too empty to fake
Happiness any more
She faked so much she can even see
How phony her smiles they seem
Her excuses are old and tired
But she doesnt even care any more
All she wants is to just be adored.
She never gets though or by
With out wondering why
She always is the one
To be walked on
And than thrown away to side.
Look at this shell of a girl
Look how her world is so dull and boring
She isnt what she seems
She isnt what she dreams
But you all think shes just fine
When really she is not fine at all.
You see this girl and wonder
Why the hell is she so sad?
What could be in her life that is really that bad?
Cant you see how she bleeds?
Counting on the words of the displeased
Cant you hear her screams?
Shes so alone even when shes in a crowd
Shes so petrified of being wrong
When can she open her eyes?
And stop trying to hide
From a past that is fast
And catching up with her
Peace only comes
When she can get some sleep
Problem is sleep doesnt come
As easy as she needs
When she is lulled to sleep
By the sound of her silent screams
So close your eyes, girl
Leave the cruel and bitter world
Let yourself have bliss in your dreams
Because thats the only place
You will ever be free.
