How the local high school had turned into a zoo. And about the innocent lives that were lost And the student who paid the cost They said the boy was neglected and abused as a child And maybe this wouldn�t have happened if he were in therapy for a while The mothers of the victim ramble about how the �monster is dead� And the newscasters talk about the gunshot wound to the head. But the angles in heaven wept for everyone including the boy For a while they had lost their smiles and joy. And God eyes filled with tears, knowing this wasn�t that last time That this could and would happen again at the drop of a dime The world was now an evil place Filled with hate for everyone every race And God doesn�t understand why all his children have to die. So the tears fall down and I want to know Where do we have to go? Why did this happen, when will it end Will I feel completely safe in my school ever again? God help and please keep us safe For those who the teasing has gotten to great May end up like this lost and confused boy Only this one the world he may destroy! |
